Running a full private-villa New Year's Eve well is a genuine event-production job: sourcing a villa that's actually suitable for a group your size (not every villa that photographs well is set up for late-night music or a large headcount), arranging catering at scale, booking entertainment, coordinating transfers for everyone, and having someone on-site managing the timeline so nothing falls through on the night itself.
